2023 to 2024
Traveling through 2023, turned out to be monumental !
Some of the journey was planned, and some accidental...
For I encountered a storm that I thought would blow me away,
Instead it scrubbed me so well I cannot it repay.
For it had taken 20 years of building walls and stains,
For it took 20 years for my heart to write a poem once again !
And here I stand on the edge of 2024,
Ready to embark on a new adventure never been on before.
For now that I am unsullied and liberated,
Starts a voyage exhilarating, surely unmandated!
